Key Responsibilities
• Creating and managing tailor-made portfolios for clients that meet their financial needs
and requirements
• Providing timely and sound financial advice to maximize client benefits
• Ensuring active client engagement and participation in financial planning through aftersales service and client outreach
• Generating revenues by aligning appropriate financial instruments to meet client’s
financial goals
• Acquiring new clients through referrals and innovative marketing initiatives
• Representing the organization in public and corporate-sponsored events
Qualifications –
• Postgraduate in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience
• Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) I Certifications in NISM X-A and X-B

• Maintain 100% system adherence by monitoring and tracking various TAT’s and SLAs
defined at each customer interaction point
• Reconciling all transactions daily
• MIS Management
Qualifications
• Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years of industry relevant experience
Required Skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
• Good analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel is a must
• Exposure to dashboard management is a plus
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

Key Responsibilities
Research and Analysis
• Define the technology roadmap for the organization, understanding the key business
processes and working closely with the management, technology partners and end
users
• Research the market and the competition to keep abreast of what is the latest
technology being implemented in the financial industry
• Determine shortfalls in internal processes and build solutions to improve throughput,
reduce operational expense and automating processes that help increase efficiency and
productivity
• Create, analyse, and present reports that assist in key decision making
Requirement Gathering & Testing
• Interview potential end users to understand and gather detailed requirements
• Document requirements, including FRS and wireframes
• Determine suitable vendors and allocate resources based on projects
• Test all delivered solution to ensure that there are no bugs, and the feature/module
performs as expected
Vendor management
• Liaise with multiple tech partners on cutting-edge technology initiatives, translating
business requirements to technical requirements
• Ensure delivery of projects within expected timelines and budget
• Ensure projects are delivered to scope
• Conduct regular meetings and check points with vendors and senior management to
ensure smooth progress of various projects
Additional responsibilities
• Manage physical hardware like laptops, routers, etc
• Manage hosting services, cloud, procurement, software, Anti-virus, patch updates,
backups, and Disaster Recovery
• Investigate and resolve issues and bugs at application level.
Qualifications
• Graduate or Post graduate (CS background is a plus)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Preferred experience working in the financial services industry
• Database and SQL skills
• Experience working with Java and NodeJS is a plus
• Experience with PowerBi is a plus
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Scrum Master, SQL, Tableau is an added
advantage
